Thermopad Insulation |Acoustic & Thermal|

Thermopad is made of polyester fiber with a reinforced laminated scrim sheet on one side. The tough aluminum foil provides radiant heat shielding that can increase the R-value by up to a factor of four, depending on the distance from the heat source. Automotive refinish shops, craftsmen and mobile home builders use Thermopad specifically as an acoustic and thermal barrier for engines, generator casings, firewalls and other exhaust systems.
